Ugh. I haven’t been working out lately or even eating clean. But today I’m going back to the gym and tomorrow I’ll be back on track with my eating. It’s hard at my new job when they feed me at every meal. I don’t keep bread in the house (or sweets) but it’s hard to say know when it surrounds you AND when it’s free. Luckily- I’ve managed to keep my portions under control so weight gain hasn’t ballooned.
Oh no big; it’s only finals week and I just woke up two hours late. No big deal at allllll. Freaking out!!!
